Beirutshortstay.com will not charge your credit card neither the hotel, you can make the payment at the hotel on check in or during check out, your credit card is needed to secure the room availability and to get a confirmed booking.

3. What if I need to cancel or change a reservation?

Need to log on to booking page and enter your details you shall then be able to amend or cancel the booking by sending us a request, we shall then reply with a confirmation

4. How do I know my reservation is confirmed?

one you have completed entering your personal details on clicking book now you shall be able to see a screen with all the booking details, We shall also send you an instant booking confirmation email which shall include your booking details on behalf of the hotel along with hotel contact details

6. Will the hotel Need payment in advance, can I pay in cash? 
The hotel will not charge your credit card and no payment is need prior to arrival kindly refer to policies under each Hotel once you are making a booking

7. Can I book over the phone should I prefer to transact my business in the manner?

Yes you can call us by phone and make the booking   we offer a live chat where our customer service team shall be happy to assist you with regards to your booking.

8. How does your booking process work?  What should I expect?

Enter your preferred city location then your preferred travel dates you shall then be able to see list of hotels available you can then select the # of rooms and proceed to filling up your information and your booking will then be finalized; you shall then receive an email with all your confirmed booking details and hotel information.

Once you have entered your travel dates for a specific city, you shall be able to filter the result by our price slider limiting your price range where the software would only show those available hotels with in your price range.

Similarly once you have searched hotel for a specific date you shall be able to filter the available hotels by your desired requested facility, service or Hotel activities as well as facilities for disabled.

3. Where can I find the address, phone number, and email of a specific hotel?

You shall be able to see all hotel information including driving instruction once you have completed the booking on line as a booking confirmation page would appear with all the details and a descriptive information about the services the hotel offers, you can also view the same at my booking or in the email confirmation which would be sent to you.

4. Can I make a same-day booking with you on your website?
Based on our live availability you can make the same days booking on the web site

5. How Can I search for hotels near a specific land mark?
You can wither search by:
 Our Google map which will indicate the landmarks then you can click the hotel which is near your chosen attraction or land mark.
 Alternatively you can filter the hotels by your favorite land mark or attraction by “Near you” filtering option the hotel listing page

6. How do I search for Available rooms to accommodate my family or group?

2. How do I find out the hotel’s Child Policy in each room?
Child policy shall be listed with each room type at occupancy details more over child policy of the hotel will also be available under Hotel Policies.

3. How do I find out if I can get an extra cot or crib to accommodate my child?  
We request you to use travelling with children which is available at the Hotel search box which will typically list all recommended hotels for your group once you have clicked on search bottom, some hotel will have extra charges for baby cots and extra beds, kindly refer to the hotel policies.

4. How can request a non/smoking room? 
On completing the booking you shall be able to add whether you shall require a Non smoking room.

5. How can I request for a double room with two single beds?
on the hotel booking page you shall be able to send request to the hotel by filling up the special request box

3. Can I check in earlier as my flight arrives earlier than the check in time of the hotel?
Feel free to contact the hotel after you have completed your booking as you will able to see the hotel contact      details, alternatively we shall be happy to assist you by sending us an email or to contact our customer service at Customer service.

4. What is the max number of rooms that I can book at the same hotel?
You shall be able to view the number of rooms available at the drop down near “Nr. of rooms” in each room type. For group bookings we shall be happy to assist you by sending us an email or to contact our customer service at Customer service.

5. How to drive to the hotel?
Once you have completed your booking you shall be able to view the driving instructions from the airport to the hotel which will also be available at “My Booking” as well as in the booking confirmation email sent to you. 

6. Does all hotels have airport shuttle and how do I book it?
Kindly view the hotel facilities in the hotel information page. You will be able to find out if the hotel offers shuttle service. Do not hesitate to contact the hotel for any required arrangements.

7. What is the standard check in and checkout time of the hotel?
The hotels’ check in and checkout policies are clearly stated in the hotel description page.

Our website rates are per room per night, however our site will calculate the rate for your stay once you have entered your check in and checkout date.

2. Are there any additional fees I have to pay Beirutshortstay.com to book through you?
Beirutshortstay.com does not charge any fees for your booking with the Hotel

3. Is breakfast included in the rate?
You shall be able to view meal information at the room description box as well as in the room “Show Full Details”

4. Are taxes included in the rate?
Kindly refer to room rates at specific Hotels however beirutshortstay.com rates are including local taxes and excluding Vat .

5. Does BeirutShortstay.com offer Special Discounts, such as Senior Citizen, Airline Employee, loyalty card, AAA, etc.?
We do not offer special discounts however we can negotiate group booking on behalf of customers.

6. How do I find out if children get free or payable accommodation?
Accommodation fees  for children varies according to the child age and the hotel  child policy ,Child policy shall be listed with each room type at occupancy details more over child policy of the hotel will also be available under Hotel Policies.

7. How do I find out if I can get an extra cot or crib to accommodate my child?  
Beirutshortstay.com shall display a list of recommended hotel room which will best fit your group , therefore we recommend you to   use travelling with children at the search  box,  hotels policy will also mention if  hotel   have surcharges for extra bed  or baby cot and if allowed is room types. 

  Credit Cards and payment

1. I do not have a credit card; can I still book a room?
A credit card is needed to secure your reservation

2. What kind of credit cards does Beirutshortstay.com accept? 
Visa, Master card, JCB and American Express

3. Can I make a reservation using someone else’s credit card?
You can use another person credit if you have permission provided you mention that in the special request box which is available at the Booking page.

4. Is my credit card transaction safe?
Your credit card will not be used for any transaction; your credit card details are safe as we a dedicated use

5. Will hotel charge my credit card prior to check in? When will I pay?
The hotel will not charge your credit card, , you shall pay at the hotel either by cash   or  by  a Debit or credit card which the hotel accept.Please Note at times hotel do offer a reduced rate based on prepayment which will allow them to debit the whole amount please refer to the policies of each hotel room.

6. Pre authorization explanation
pre authorization would   typically allow us to verify if the credit card is valid with amount to cover your reservation.

7. Do you charge a deposit or advance payment?
we do not charge any deposit nor advance payment, kindly refer to the hotel room policy and note that hotel do offer reduced rates based on advanced payment at times

8. Can I pay for my stay in advance?
After you have completed the booking you may content the hotel directly,  you may find the hotel  details at My booking or at the email confirmation sent you which is also available at the booking confirmation page once you have completed the booking

9. Can I pay at the hotel with a different credit card which I have used to book?
Yes you can pay at the hotel with a different credit /Debit card or Cash

  

Booking Cancelation, amendment and confirmation

1. How do I cancel or amend my booking, will I be charged?
To cancel your booking, kindly log on to “My Booking” where you can cancel the booking yourself by clicking on cancel, you are then requested to indicate the reason why you are canceling your reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to you confirming the cancellation of the booking. The booking fee depends on the cancellation policy of the booked hotel room.
You can amend the booking by logging on to “My Booking” and change the dates of booking to the newly required dates. An email confirming the amendment will be also sent to you. There are no amendment fees.

2. How do I access “my booking”?
A link to “My Booking” where you can check, amend or cancel your booking will be included in the confirmation email sent to you after you have made the reservation.
You can also access “My Booking” directly through 
www.beirutshortstay.com website on the home page, top right tab. 

3. Where do I check the cancelation policy of a hotel?
You can find the cancelation policy in the hotel information page and/ or next to each hotel room type icon under cancellation.

4. How can I ensure that my booking is cancelled?
A confirmation email will be sent to you after you have made the cancellation to confirm.

5. Can I cancel/ amend my booking via beirutshortstay.com?
Yes you can cancel or amend the booking dates through “My Booking”.

6. I have not yet received an email confirming my booking?
Kindly check your junk email in this case or you can log on to “My Booking” and print the page confirming your booking. Feel free to contact us if you need any assistance.

7. When will I pay a cancelation fee?
When canceling your booking, a cancelation fee may be charged depending on the cancelation policy of the room type which you have booked. Kindly read the cancelation policy thoroughly prior to making your booking.
                          
8. How is the booking done and how many steps are there? 
There are 3 steps to complete a booking:

  •  Search for availability during your requested period of stay.
  •  Select the number of rooms at your preferred hotel and click on book now.
  •  Confirm: Enter your credit card details to confirm the reservation.

9. Can I book for a day use?
You can only book for a minimum of one night stay.
