We act as a conciliator between hotels and their guests offering hotels to promote their available hotel rooms on our portal where our website visitors can book their selected rooms and enter into direct relationship with the hotel, Beirutshortstay.com then confirm bookings by sending customers their confirmation email on behalf of the hotel
Hotels have direct access to their hotel page and therefore are fully responsible for the information they provide including services they offer, descriptive content, rates and availabilities
Customers who have stayed at the hotel can submit reviews; we shall not be responsible at any time the written reviews as they are solely based on customers experience.
Our role is to get you the best possible hotel deals for your destination and to ensure that you have great value for money and a pleasant stay at your selected hotel.

Rates and availability:

Our rates are inclusive of city tax and we negotiate the best possible rates for our customers, our published rates are per room per night in US Dollars as you shall be able to convert to any preferred currency of your choice, we use an online currency rates and those exchange rates can at times be not 100% accurate.
Rates will typically indicate if a particular room is with or without breakfast and if complimentary airport pick up is offered.
The portal would also calculate your rate for your total number of nights and you shall be able to figure out the average nightly rate as rates can vary from a date to another.
Rate can some time vary as per the occupancy, number of children, extra bed and or baby cots.
Availabilities are live and once shown available we encourage going ahead and booking as rooms can be at limited availability.

Privacy:

Credit card:

A valid credit card is required by the hotel booked, your credit card details are immediately sent to this hotel by means of SSL layer technology.
we do not charge your credit card instead we do  an on line verification to  ensure that the credit card is valid and the hotel will charge your preferred credit card while you check in or at check out.

Hotels will not take a prepayment from your credit card , Credit card shall solely be used to  by hotel  confirming your booking unless otherwise specified in the room policy as hotels do offer reduced rates at prepaid booking

Cancellation and No Show:

Cancelation policies including now shows are clearly stated in each hotel room information listed policies, Cancelation and no Show policy may vary from one room to another and based on different dates, offers and rates in the same hotel
If you wish to cancel your booking after booking is made you may be charged for your cancellation in accordance with the hotel's cancellation and no-show policy.
Therefore you are requested to thoroughly read the room policy prior to making a booking
If you wish to view, amend or cancel your booking you are requested you to log in to www.beirutshortstay.com/my-booking.aspx you shall be required to enter you email address and your confirmation details where you shall be able to amend or cancel your booking.

Communication:

Once you have booked with us we shall instantly receive an email confirming your booking with details which shall contain your log in id with your booking reference no where you can view the confirmation, amend your booking dates and or cancel your booking with various information about your hotel along with driving instructions
You shall also be receiving a hotel guest survey request where you can submit a detailed review after you stay, we shall have the right to amend, publish or your review
